6. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Our services may involve the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated systems. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated outputs may require human review and refinement. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, and clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publication or deployment.

7. Data Processing

When our services involve processing client data, we will handle such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data. Clients retain ownership of their data at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMTLS Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LMTLS Studio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
